Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Luvensi ("we", "us", "our") operates luvensi.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, our stores on other platforms, and our communications with you.
1. Information we collect
You give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, order history, and anything you write to us in an email, review, or support request.
Payment information: your card details go directly to our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, and the other options at checkout). We receive only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded. We never see or store your full card number.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the links you click. We also record the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_medium, utm_content, utm_term) and the click identifiers that advertising platforms add to their own links — for example Meta's fbclid, Google's gclid, and TikTok's ttclid — so we know which ad brought you here.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and pixels for the shopping cart and checkout to work, to remember your preferences, to measure how the site performs, and for advertising. Some are strictly necessary; the rest depend on your choices, described in section 6.
2. Why we use it
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and to send order and shipping confirmations.
- To provide customer service and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
- To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and other unlawful activity.
- To send marketing emails and text messages, if you have opted in.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including matching a purchase back to the ad that produced it.
- To understand how the site is used and make it work better.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the following categories of recipients, only for the purposes above:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
- Fulfillment and shipping partners, who receive your name, address, phone, and order contents in order to pack and deliver your order, and the carriers who transport it.
- Advertising and analytics platforms. We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Shopping), and TikTok, and we may add other advertising platforms of the same kind in future. So that we can tell which ad brought you to us and whether it was worth running, we send these platforms a record of key actions on our site — page views, items added to the cart, and completed purchases — both from your browser and directly from our servers.
- What travels with those events. Alongside the action itself we send the details that let a platform recognise one of its own users: the advertising cookie that platform set, the click identifier from the link you arrived through, and order details such as your email address, name, phone number, city, state, ZIP code and country. Every one of those details is turned into an irreversible code before it leaves us — a one-way scramble that cannot be turned back into your information — and we never send your street address or anything at all about how you paid. Under California law this counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can switch it off whenever you like (see section 6).
- Email and messaging providers, who send our order notifications and marketing.
- Fraud prevention services, which assess order risk.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights.
If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the buyer as part of that transaction.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by U.S. tax and commercial law, which is generally seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the retention period of the relevant provider, typically no more than 24 months.
5. How we protect it
Our site runs over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Advertising opt-out. You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Opting out does not stop you from shopping with us and does not change the price you pay.
Controls at the platforms themselves. You can also decide how each platform personalises the ads it shows you, whichever site you are on: Google through My Ad Center, Meta through Ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and TikTok through Ads personalisation in your app settings.
Marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us. We will still send you transactional messages about orders you have placed.
Cookies. Your browser lets you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.
7. Your rights under U.S. state privacy laws
Depending on where you live — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Maryland — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
- Access a copy of that information in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to exceptions such as completing an order or meeting a legal obligation.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you products, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service.
California residents. In the 12 months before the date of this policy we collected the categories of personal information described in section 1 — identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation inferred from IP address, and inferences drawn from that data. We disclosed identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity to the categories of recipients in section 3, and we shared identifiers and internet activity with the advertising platforms named in section 3 for cross-context behavioral advertising. We did not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How to exercise your rights. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold, such as an order number and the email address used to place it, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
If we decline. You may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal". We will respond to the appeal within 45 days and, if we still decline, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
8. Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track
Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not act on it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal, as stated in section 6.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or a notice on the site.
