Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volume or delays beyond our control, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if any significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Fees and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 8 to 10 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the system.

4. Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Luvensi ships to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations, whenever permitted by the carrier.

Please note that certain items may be restricted due to size, weight, or carrier limitations.

5. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • additional fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Luvensi is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For lost shipments, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Luvensi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping limitations to certain regions due to legal regulations or carrier restrictions.

Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.
